Website & ordering

Clear expectations. From the start.

How to use the website and prepare for a custom order.

Preview wording. Business-specific contact details and final terms are awaiting confirmation.

Enquiries and order acceptance

The catalogue and quote form help you discuss a potential project. Submitting a request, receiving a reference or creating a kit concept does not place or confirm an order. The product specification and commercial terms need to be agreed in writing.

Product and design images

Catalogue images, campaign illustrations and rendered kit previews are concept references. Screen colours, styling and image proportions are not a guarantee of the final garment. Confirm fabric, measurements, construction, colours and artwork in the approved specification.

Your artwork and instructions

Only supply logos, photographs, sponsor marks or other artwork that you are entitled to use. Tell us where each element should appear. Check names, numbers and spelling before approval.

Prices, payment and quantities

Product prices, minimum quantities, sample charges, payment arrangements and delivery costs are confirmed for your project. No fixed pricing, deposit percentage or minimum quantity is set by this website.

Final approval and changes

Review the final product specification, artwork, size breakdown and delivery arrangements before giving approval. Changes requested after approval depend on production progress and may affect costs or timing. Any change should be agreed in writing.

Final order terms

The quotation and order documentation must state the applicable payment, cancellation, delivery and issue-resolution terms. This page is a draft overview and does not set a governing law or restrict any applicable statutory rights.
