What you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number, selected product and message. If you choose to upload an image or submit a kit concept, the associated artwork and design settings are also submitted. Avoid including unnecessary personal information or sensitive documents.
What happens to an enquiry
Submitted enquiries are saved with a reference, status and submission time so the business can review the request. Artwork is stored separately and linked to the enquiry. The form currently saves requests; automatic email notifications have not been connected.
Design drafts and local storage
The kit designer uses browser session storage to carry your design to the quote form. A successful submission removes that local draft. The current site does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration in its application code. The hosting service may process technical information or use cookies for access and security.
Hosting, access and retention
The website uses hosted services to store enquiry data and uploaded images. Service providers, processing locations, the basis for using information and how long each record is kept should be confirmed in the final business notice. No automatic record deletion schedule is configured in the current application.
